Life beyond our patterns: How would it be to ‘let go of your story?’ Topic Group #36
Do you ever, as a seasoned co-counsellor (or even as a newly trained one), find yourself so wedded to your back-story (your patterns around ‘abandonment’, ‘rejection’, ‘betrayal’…. or whatever…) that you somehow limit yourself from moving through and finding freedom beyond?
This workshop will give an opportunity to explore any resistance to moving beyond the ‘familiar’ - the story that we have built for ourselves – the story that, if we don’t watch out, can give us an ‘excuse’ not to move beyond the comfort of our patterns.
We will look at busting some of our most ingrained, self-limiting beliefs and look at how life will be once we rise beyond our conditioning, beyond any sense of victim consciousness and into freedom.
Tonya Christie

Transforming our patterns around money. Program Block #17
Have you a longstanding belief that money is somehow ‘dirty’, or that, somehow it ‘isn’t spiritual’ to be wealthy?’ Do you feel that there will ‘never be enough’, or do you instead have a warm and cosy feeling about it and feel that somehow you’ll always have what you need?
The subject of money can bring up some of our deepest, darkest material, and, as such, by working on our relationship with it, it can become one of our greatest teachers.
In this workshop, we will look at busting some of our limiting patterns around money and rebalance our relationship with it. There’ll be some coco and, if we have time, we’ll do a powerful group exercise/meditation that will bring us more clarity on our own unique relationship with money and any blocks that are preventing us from experiencing balance and sustainability. Tonya Christie
